1. The user is herewith informed by Teleservice Data Protection Act, Media Unit treaty, Federal Data Protection Act as well as other regulations regarding data protection, that the personal data given within the registration will be machine readably recorded, processed and used exclusively for the purpose the user has stated explicitly unless no consent to other methods has been given.

2. Rosen-Direct.de is entitled to use, process, record and collect the user’s individual-related data as far as this is necessary to enable the buyer to use the service. 4. At any time, the user can gratuitously see the individual-related data recorded to his person or pseudonym at Rosen-Direct.de. For this purpose, the user can place a written request to Rosen-Direct.de

5.Provided a voluntary written consent by the user, Rosen-Direct.de is entitled to collect, process
(e.g. to modify, to record for further processing, to combine with other data sets and to file) and use individual-related data as well as profile data and demographically data for the following purposes:
- recording in a directory
- sending of information about Rosen Direct.de
- personalisation and customisation of this service by Rosen-Direct.de in favour of the user’s interests and preferences
- advertising and marketing research for Rosen-Direct.de

Rosen-Direct.de is, provided the user’s consent, not obligated to delete the user’s data earliest possible ( at the latest directly after finishing the respective use) but is entitled to record those data. In order to ascertain to what extent the offer is interesting to the user and to what extent it can be improved, general, not individual-related statistic data about utilisation of Rosen-Direct.de will be recorded. For that purpose, polls are carried out and data and information from log-files are summed up and used for statistics and analysises. 10. All agreements and declarations of consent according to this regulation do not apply to telephonic information, offers and advertising controls.
